Why

NoResponse has not served that version of the account’s risk. NoResponse accepts and stores an older risk_version.

What to do

Get the account again with GET /v1/accounts/{account_id}. Act on its risk, then send the risk_version that you acted on.

The Node and Python SDKs raise ConflictError. The Go SDK returns *apierrors.ConflictError, which you match with errors.As.
