Why

Revoked keys do not count, and nor does a rotated key after its overlap window.

What to do

List the keys with GET /v1/workspaces/{workspace_id}/keys, revoke one that you no longer use, then create the key again.

In the SDKs

The Node and Python SDKs raise ConflictError. The Go SDK returns *apierrors.ConflictError, which you match with errors.As.
