403 tenant_forbidden

Forbidden. The key is valid but lacks a scope the operation needs, such as history for POST /v1/assessments/query or detailed for response_mode: "detailed". The same code answers when your organisation is not entitled to the operation or is suspended.

What to do

Use a key with the right scope. Ask NoResponse if you need a scope added to your keys.

Note

Retrying the same request gives the same answer. Change the request first.
