# 409 risk_version_ahead

> You called POST /v1/accounts/{account_id}/enforcements with a risk_version that is higher than the account's current risk_version.

HTTP 409Not retryable

## Why

NoResponse has not served that version of the account's risk. NoResponse accepts and stores an older `risk_version`.

## What to do

Get the account again with `GET /v1/accounts/{account_id}`. Act on its risk, then send the `risk_version` that you acted on.

## In the SDKs

The Node and Python SDKs raise `ConflictError`. The Go SDK returns `*apierrors.ConflictError`, which you match with `errors.As`.
