400 invalid_idempotency_key

Invalid idempotency key. POST /v1/assessments or POST /v1/assessments/{assessment_id}/outcomes was sent without an Idempotency-Key header, or with one outside 16 to 128 characters of A-Z, a-z, 0-9, ., _, : and -.

What to do

Send a key derived from your own attempt id, for example signup- followed by a UUID. The SDKs generate one when you omit it.
